Travel and Muay Thai
So, you finally have time to go on a holiday but you are not sure what you want to do. Every travel agency has a huge offer - from the beautiful old cities in Europe to some exotic places in Asia, the choices are limitless. People usually have the option to choose -whether they want to spend a holiday on a beach or they want to explore some attractions. But what if we tell you that there is a chance to combine these things and get even more? Muay Thai
Thailand is a kingdom located in Southeast Asia. This beautiful country is located in Southeast Asia and it is known for its natural and cultural attractions. This is one of the rare countries in this part of the world which has not been colonized or ruled by a foreign power. One of the reasons for that is the ancient martial art developed exactly in Thailand - Muay Thai or Thai Boxing. This martial art was developed some 700 years ago as a result of the constant fighting between the Thai people and the foreign invaders. Over time this discipline became mandatory for those who wanted to join the Thai army. Muay Thai training became one of the main courses for future Thai soldiers. Today, Muay Thai is a combat sport known not only to those who love combat sports but also for those who are interested in finding a way to keep their shape or to get in shape by including some interesting physical activity in their loss weight plan.
There are literally hundreds of people who decide to spend their holiday in Thailand in a Muay Thai training camp. This doesn't mean that they spend all their time in the camp. The best part is that many of these camps are located close or in some popular tourist destinations (like Phuket Island for example) and people can follow Muay Thai training classes and visit the beach during the day or the bars during the night. Keep in mind that these training classes are intensive so you will need time to rest too!
