First of all I want to thank everyone at Suwit gym including the people cooking the delicious food. I had tears in my eyes on the last day, I didn't want to leave, this is the first time I felt I did not want to go home, like this is where I should be. The gym caters for all levels and the trainers give you much support even with the psychological part. I was aiming to learn everything I could and improve technique. Within the first few training sessions things started to improve, bad habits were being ironed out. In a short amount of time you will see changes. You can accomplish way beyond your expectations regardless of your goals are. I even heard the trainers happy voice in my sleep hahaha. The authentic Thai experience and open family atmosphere, the sheer warmth makes you feel part of the family there. They take care of you so well they even cook healthy food for you! It is really convenient.

I just finished six weeks of training at Suwit Muay Thai and it was an
amazing experience. I had no experience in Muay Thai or in martial arts
when I came and I was treated exactly the same as all the other students.
Conditioning is somewhat self directed, you can do as much or as little as
you like, so whether you to have a vacation with some Muay Thai, or a
vacation with some Muay Thai, no one will have a problem with it. Lodging
is simple but clean. Rooms have either fan or AC depending on your
preference, TV/DVD, there is free wifi everywhere. The best thing about
Suwit Camp though is the community. From the friendly staff, like the
manager Kittisak who you will exchange emails with, to the experienced
trainers, and the large amount of return students who like it enough to
come back, the place has a very family feel. It's no coincidence because it
is family owned and operated. The fights on Friday nights are free if
you're staying for a few weeks and tons of fun. The restaurant that serves
the camp cooks up tasty thai fare for 50 baht, which is about 1.65 USD.
Overall my experience at Suwit was stellar, I couldn't reccomend it more
highly if you are looking for a camp full of friendly people and extremely
talented trainers who train quite a few talented Thai fighters as well as
foreigners. The trainers will push you as much as you let them, but always
in an encouraging way. They'll never make you feel bad if you aren't able
to do something, which is was good for me starting with no knowledge. The
place is expanding as well, they just brought in new weight machines
yesterday, and are building a whole new block or rooms for people to stay
in. Great price, great experience!
